From iconic venues and international rooftops to hotel chains and collaborations with renowned chefs, our experience demonstrates a deep understanding of the diverse languages of luxury, as well as a proven ability to execute complex projects in real-world settings. Tandem Cocktail Bar
BARCELONA, SPAIN
Tandem Cocktail Bar is not only one of the great references of classic cocktail culture in Europe, it is also the birthplace of a philosophy. Run by the Pernia family for nearly 30 years, it is the place where the Pernia brothers trained under the influence of two masters: Joaquim Ayoro and Josep Victòri, both shaped by the tradition of two of Barcelona’s most iconic cocktail bars, Boadas and Marfil.
Its sober, elegant, and timeless bar — featuring one of the most important whisky collections on the continent — represents the essence of what many dream of when creating a bar: authenticity, style, and legacy.

Solange Cocktails&Luxury Spirits
BARCELONA, SPAIN
Founded in 2014 by Alfredo Pernía, Solange Cocktails & Luxury Spirits represents the pinnacle of contemporary international mixology. Recognized on The World’s 50 Best Bars list and awarded Best Cocktail Bar in Spain, it has established a strong reputation through a team honored for their professional excellence. A space where luxury, technique, and service converge in perfect harmony.
Eldelmar, Hermanos Torres (***)
BARCELONA, SPAIN
At EldelMar, by the Torres Brothers (*** Michelin), we developed the spirits and cocktail menu alongside the service protocols for the dining room. We designed a liquid offering integrated with the gastronomic experience, ensuring it complements rather than overshadows it.
We implemented the spirits and cocktail trolley service at the table, training the team in both technique and product knowledge.
We continue to advise the restaurant on the evolution of its liquid offerings.
At EldelMar, by the Torres Brothers (*** Michelin), we developed the spirits and cocktail menu alongside the service protocols for the dining room. We designed a liquid offering integrated with the gastronomic experience, ensuring it complements rather than overshadows it.
Campbell Gray Hotels
AMMAN, JORDAN
For Campbell Gray Hotels in Amman, Jordan, we developed the comprehensive concept for their rooftop, featuring a pool and private areas. We designed the facilities, bar, and entire operational space, defining the cocktail, spirits, champagne, and food offerings, as well as sales and upselling protocols. We led teams of over 30 people, overseeing the entire process through to the opening and providing ongoing post-launch support.
For Campbell Gray Hotels in Amman, Jordan, we developed the comprehensive concept for their rooftop, featuring a pool and private areas. We designed the facilities, bar, and entire operational space, defining the cocktail, spirits, champagne, and food offerings, as well as sales and upselling protocols.
Superlocal, Grupo Pantea
BARCELONA, SPAIN
For Superlocal (Pantea Group), we fully developed their cocktail menu centered on local products, as well as the selection of spirits, service protocols, sales, upselling, and cross-selling strategies. Additionally, we provide ongoing training for the bar and dining teams. We serve as the group’s permanent consultants and are responsible for the consistency and evolution of their liquid offerings.
Can Fisher, Grupo Pantea
BARCELONA, SPAIN
For Can Fisher (Pantea Group), an informal concept embodying the Mediterranean spirit that elevates the traditional beach bar into a gastronomic experience, we updated their spirits and cocktail offerings to align with the product quality and excellence standards the company promotes in its new developments. As permanent consultants to the group, we continue to support their evolution with a coherent and distinctive liquid portfolio.
Público Cuina de Mercat, Grupo Pantea
BARCELONA, SPAIN
For Público Cuina de Mercat (Pantea Group), we designed the spirits and cocktail menu, as well as provided training for the front-of-house team on table service using a spirits trolley, implementing all sales and service protocols. As permanent consultants to the group, we support the ongoing evolution of their liquid offerings.
Mizzica
BARCELONA, SPAIN
For Mizzica, Chef Nunzio Cona’s restaurant dedicated to authentic Sicilian cuisine, we developed a liquid offering inspired by the flavors and spirits of Sicily, crafting a cocktail and beverage menu aligned with its identity.
We also managed team training, menu design, and the implementation of service protocols.
Tapas 2254
BARCELONA, SPAIN
For Tapas 2254, by Chef Nunzio Cona—a restaurant inspired by the journey between Palermo and Barcelona—we crafted a liquid offering that mirrors this voyage through cocktails, carefully selected spirits, and a range of gastronomic sangrias. We contributed coherence to the overall food and beverage concept, including team training and operational support.
